INFORMATION ABOUT MAKING

PHOTOGRAPHS AND FILMS

Dear Participants,

We would like to inform you that photographs and video recordings,
corporate symposium recordings will be made at the event. These may
include you in a recognizable and identifiable manner.
By participating in the events, you automatically consent to the taking of
photographs and videos. The only purpose of the photos and videos is to
document the event itself. Legal basis: Article 6 (1) (a) of Regulation 2016/679
of the European Parliament and of the Council (General Data Protection
Regulation - GDPR). Detailed information on data protection can be found on
the Congress website under “Contact and Privacy Statement”.
The consent is voluntary and can be revoked. Withdrawal of consent can be
made in written statement after the Congress sent to the secretariat of the
Hungarian Ophthalmological Society.
Any withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of previous data
usage (such as previous publication or other use of the recordings).
