Cancellation policy

Cancellations must be made in writing! We cannot accept verbal cancellation
via phone.
Without receiving a cancellation, the services will be billed automatically!
For registration fees, if written cancellations are received by May 1, 2023,
the paid amount will be refunded in full, however, we cannot accept
cancellations after May 1, 2023, and the fees are non-refundable.
The cost of accommodation, in case of any cancellation, will be refunded in
full if the cancellation is received no later than the deadline specified in the
hotel description on the website.
For the cancellation of meals, the full amount will be refunded if the written
cancellation is made by 15 May 2023 at the latest. In case of late cancellation
the costs are non-refundable.

Refunds for cancellation before the penalty-free cancellation period, false
payment or double transfers, will be made within 30 days after the closing of
the event.
Refunds can only be made to the bank account of the paying person or
company.
Please note that we deduct the bank charges affecting our office.

Absence without cancellation (NO SHOW):
The organizers will do their utmost to hold a successful Congress. Please note
that the organizers cannot make changes in the services, printed materials,
accommodation and meals beyond the specified deadline. Therefore, the
organizers are not able to accept no-shows for hotel rooms, meals or
congress participation.
